We collect the following data from customers and viewers:

• Customers: Name, email, password, payment history.
• Spectators: Name, email, password, payments made.
• Browser location, when the customer restricts geographical access (not stored on our servers).

2. Use of Information

The data is used to:

• Process payments and manage accounts.
• Personalize the user experience.
• Ensure the security of the platform.

3. Data Protection

• All information is stored in PostgreSQL databases with password encryption.
• Servers are used on Heroku and Amazon Web Services with HTTPS browsing.
• Each customer has a separate database for added security.

4. Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their data by sending an email to hola@plag.tv.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when necessary to process payments through Mercado Pago.

COPYRIGHT MANAGEMENT

If a third party believes that your content has been used without authorization on PlagTV, they can send a complaint to hola@plag.tv. The claim must include:

• Identification of the disputed content.
• Evidence of ownership of rights

If we verify the violation, we will:

• Remove the affected content.
• Notify the responsible customer.
• In case of repeated violations, suspend the customer's account.
